Killing a pig
Together with journalist Saskia Aberle i visited two farmers in Lower Austria where you can buy a living Mangalica pig. They then help you to kill it as humanely as possible and prepare the whole animal so that every part of it gets used and nothing is wasted. The happiest meat you can buy, basically.
